Ask your administrator if you think this is wrong. ====== Mezzmo Android - Using Logging ====== When you are having a problem with Mezzmo Android, Conceiva customer support staff may ask you to send them a set of logs so that they can diagnose and fix the problem. ===== Turning on logging ===== - Touch or click the **Menu** button or swipe from left to right to display the **Dashboard**. Touch or click **SETTINGS** to view the Setting screen. - Select the **Enable logging** setting. When selected, Mezzmo Android will create log files. - Exit Mezzmo Android and then start it again. - Reproduce the problem you are having in Mezzmo Android. - After reproducing the problem, go back to the Settings screen and touch or click **View Logs**. - Email the log file on your Android device's local storage to Conceiva customer support at support [at] conceiva [dot] com. ===== Deleting logs from local storage ===== Touch or click Delete Logs on the Settings screen to delete any logs that have been created by Mezzmo Android. ===== Turning off logging ===== - Touch or click the **Menu** button or swipe from left to right to display the **Dashboard**.
